Update: 07-01-24

Issachar Update: We’re nearly fully invested and anticipate the uptrend to continue into the November election. Most of our stocks are fundamentally strong, with accelerating earnings and sales and raised analysts’ estimates. Stock prices typically rise if a company’s future earnings expectations are high. I like to buy technically sound chart patterns at proper price pivots exhibiting institutional accumulation. Combining sound fundamental and technical characteristics creates a high-conviction trade that will hopefully help our bottom line. I am bullish and expect the Fed to lower rates before November, which should be good for growth stocks. (There is no guarantee that any investment will achieve its objectives, generate positive returns, or avoid losses.)

Market Update: Major indexes are trading near record highs as the 3rd quarter kicks off. The current Administration and the Fed are incentivized to keep the economy and the stock market humming, so I expect liquidity to remain robust.

2025 could be a challenging year for the stock market if we get a new President because deficit spending will likely have to be addressed. The more Congress spends, the more inflation is created. They cannot raise enough tax revenue to pay the $1 trillion in interest owed on debt we already spent. Sooner or later, Congress will be forced to address its massive debt and deficits, which could cause life-changing losses in the stock and bond markets. I do not buy or hold any stock but actively manage risk to avoid life-changing losses.

Bottom line: Issachar Fund focuses on fundamentally/technically sound companies expecting to benefit from the dominant AI theme. Grace & Peace to Everyone!

Important Risk Information: Mutual Funds involve risks, including the possible loss of principal. An investment in the Fund may not be appropriate for all investors. The Fund may hold cash positions when the Adviser feels that the market is not producing returns greater than the short-term cash investments in which the Fund may invest. There is a risk that the sections of the market in which the Fund invests will begin to rise or fall rapidly, and the Fund will not be able to sell stocks quickly enough to avoid losses or reinvest its cash positions into areas of the advancing market quickly enough to capture the initial returns of changing market conditions. The Adviser’s judgment about the attractiveness, value, and potential appreciation of particular asset classes and securities in which the Fund invests may prove incorrect and may not produce the desired results.
